Shipping & Returns

Shipping Terms & Conditions:

Please allow us 1 - 3 working days to arrange the shipment upon receiving of your order. The order would be shipped to a local address (excluding P.O. Box) only.

If no one is at the delivery address at the time of delivery, the postal carrier will provide a notification card advising you of the local Post Office from which you can collect your order. Delivery is subject to the terms of the relevant postal service. While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.

Out of stock items: If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and refund you for those items.

We would notify you via email on the tracking of the order once the order is shipped out.

Returns or Exchange

Please contact us on the return or exchange of your purchase within 14 days from the date of your order. For eligibility of return or exchange, items must be in original sale condition (unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/ labels/ packaging attached). Only items in their original condition and packaging are eligible for consideration of a return or exchange at the discretion of the seller. We strongly advise shipping the return with a tracking number (as we will not be able to issue a refund for lost packages) and in an envelope padded with bubble wrap so that it reaches us safely and undamaged or directly at our gallery.

Upon the receive and inspection of the returned item, we will issue you a refund/ exchange and notify you via email. For refunds, please allow some time for your bank or credit card to reflect the transaction.

Please note that sale items are non-returnable or exchangeable.
